All equipment that is ordered is for rent only, and will be billed after the fair. Delivered on your stand during the assembly period.
If you have any special requests on how to place the ordered products on your stand. Then please use our stand sketch which can be downloaded from the order confirmation you received by email.
Friday 8am - 8pm
Friday at 7 pm carpets are rolled out so after 7pm its stricktly prohibited to use pallet truck in the hallways.
Saturday: 08am - 09.30am
Sunday 17.15pm - 24pm
All technical equipment is disassembled on Sunday night, and must therefore be freed from the exhibit.
Monday 8am – 10am

Usually there is Wi-FI available on the location but we cant garantee for the quality on the open Wi-Fi so if you are reliable on a stable internet connection you should bring your own mobile Wi-Fi.
